SamTouch Office is the back office for SamTouch POS, run as a cloud subscription on Microsoft Azure. It holds the menus, prices, stock, loyalty and reports for every till you run, whether that’s one counter or several sites, and you reach it from a browser on whatever device is to hand.
Two apps sit alongside it: SamView for checking the figures on your phone, and SamCount for counting stock on a handheld scanner. We set Office up alongside the tills, with your menu, prices and sites in place, so the reports make sense from the first day’s trading.

Reports as you trade
Sales, staff and stock-value reports update in real time, for the whole business or for one site or till, with alerts when a void or refund goes through. End of day can be run from Office as well as from the till.
Menus and prices sent to every till
Make a menu or price change once in Office and it goes out to every till, on every site.
Stock control
Full or partial stock counts, variance reports, recipe costing with a suggested sell price, low-stock alerts on the dashboard, suggested supplier orders and stock moves between sites.
Loyalty across every site
Points, member-only prices and cashless top-up are held in Office, so a customer's loyalty works on every till and at every site.
From any browser
Sign in from a browser on any computer, tablet or phone to check the figures or change the set-up, wherever you are.
Snapshot restore
Office keeps a snapshot of each till's set-up, so a till that fails can be put back the way it was. It's there for recovery and doesn't replace your own backups.
Xero link
Each day's sales post to your Xero nominal codes by category, so nobody types the takings in twice. The link comes with the Plus and Pro tiers of Office.
SamView for owners
A free, read-only app for iOS and Android showing takings, best-sellers and figures by product group and by site, for any period from today back to last year.
SamCount for stock-takes
A handheld app for scanning and counting stock and adjusting prices on the shop floor. It can freeze the stock figures so the site keeps trading while the count goes on.
