OrderPad takes SamTouch to the table. Staff carry the till’s own screens on an Android handheld, take the order where the customer is sitting, check allergens there and then, and send it straight to the bar and kitchen printers.
On an Android payment handset it goes a step further: the same device takes the card payment once the meal is done, and with a wireless mobile printer the bill prints at the table too. We set OrderPad up with your SamTouch menu and printers, so it’s ready for service from the start.
What it does
The till's screens in your hand
OrderPad uses the same screens as the SamTouch POS till, so there's no second layout for staff to learn.
Orders straight to the bar and kitchen
Orders taken at the table print to the bar and kitchen printers, and the customer's receipt can print too.
Allergens checked at the table
Staff can check a dish's allergens with the customer before the order goes through.
Order and payment on one device
On an Android payment handset, the same device takes the order and then the card payment, without a trip back to the till.
Receipts at the table
Paired with a wireless mobile printer, the bill can be printed at the table.
