About RED EPOS

We’re RED EPOS, a small, hands-on EPOS integrator working with hospitality and retail businesses across the UK. We’re not a call-centre reseller. We fit the till, the hardware and the back office ourselves, train your team on it, and stay on hand afterwards for the fixes, the changes and the integrations that off-the-shelf setups can’t do alone.

What we do

We supply and support EPOS software and hardware, install and train on site, and build custom integrations between your till and the other systems your business runs on — card payments, hotel or booking software, delivery platforms, accounting packages, webshops. We use AI coding agents to build and test that integration work faster than a small team could manage alone, with every line specified, reviewed and checked against your real till before it goes live. We fit and support four brands, and only four, so we know every one of them properly:

• ICRTouch: till software for hospitality and retail, from TouchPoint through to kitchen, kiosk and reservation systems.
• CES Software: modular till software built for convenience, hospitality and retail counters.
• Oxhoo: EPOS terminals, kiosks, tablets, printers, cash drawers, scanners and displays.
• Aures: EPOS terminals, kiosks, tablets, printers, cash drawers, scanners and displays.

Where we work

Based in [TBC by Dave], covering [TBC by Dave]. We come to site for installs, training and hardware fitting, and support most day-to-day issues remotely over a secure connection.

How we work

We visit and demonstrate the kit running on your own menu, install and train your team on site before you open, then stay on hand for support and for the integrations your setup needs as your business changes. No prices online. Every job is different, so enquire and we’ll price it properly.
