CES Touch is the till at the centre of the CES range, first built in 1997 and now on Version 11. What sets it apart is how it’s put together: rather than one fixed package, you choose which modules run — stock control, bookings, customer accounts, loyalty, hotel room posting and more — so the same core software becomes a pub till, a café till or a shop till depending on what’s switched on.
We fit CES Touch to your menu and your hardware before you open, set your screen layout so staff can pick it up fast, and turn on the modules your business actually needs rather than leaving you to work around ones you don’t.

Stock control, bookings, customer accounts, loyalty, hotel links and more can each be turned on or off, so the till only carries what a site actually uses.
Runs on hardware you already have
CES Touch isn't tied to one terminal brand, so it works with the touchscreens, printers and peripherals you're already running or fitting alongside it.
Touch Management Control built in
From Version 11, a manager dashboard sits inside Touch itself — live sales, voids, turnover and open tables from any terminal, and End of Day without leaving the floor.
On-screen layout you can change
The screen designer lets us set your button layout, department groupings and menu structure before opening day, then adjust it as your menu changes.
Table and charge-sheet handling
Charge sheets hold a tab open across a shift, and the table planner tracks who's sat where, so service keeps moving during a rush.
Feeds your own reporting or the cloud
Sales data reports locally on the till or, alongside CES Intelligence, syncs to the cloud for real-time figures across every site.
