Who we are

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through this site, we collect your name, business name (if given), email address, phone number (if given), the sector and topic you select, and your message. We also record the page you enquired from, your browser’s user agent, and a pseudonymous hash of your IP address used only for spam and abuse prevention — never your raw IP address.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one reason: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver the work. This is a legitimate interest under UK GDPR — replying to a request you made — not marketing consent, and we don’t add you to any mailing list from an enquiry alone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 12 months from the date you sent them, then delete them automatically. Backups that include your data are kept for a further 30 days before they age out, and are never restored to bring back a record we’ve already deleted.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is sent to our email provider (Brevo) so it reaches our inbox, and stored on our own database, hosted on infrastructure protected by Cloudflare and backed up to Cloudflare R2. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool. It does not track you individually or set cookies, so no cookie consent banner is shown — see our cookies page for detail.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@redepos.co.uk with your enquiry reference if you have it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
