SamTouch Kitchen moves the orders from the till onto a screen in the kitchen. Each one arrives as a ticket showing the table, the covers and the times, and a running prep list adds up what’s needed across every open order.
Collection orders can be held back until a set time before they’re due, and staff get an alert when an order hasn’t gone out. It runs on Windows or Android, on any SAM4S touchscreen, and we set it up around how your kitchen and counter work.
What it does
Orders as tickets on screen
Each order shows as a ticket with the table number, the covers, the time it was taken and, for collections, the time it's due.
One prep list for every open order
A combined summary shows what needs preparing across all the open orders at once, not just the ticket in front of you.
Collections held until they're needed
An order for later collection can be pinned, holding it back until a set time before it's due.
Alerts for late orders
Staff get an alert if an order hasn't gone out, so nothing is left waiting at the pass unnoticed.
