TouchKitchen replaces kitchen printers with an order screen, so nothing gets lost and every course comes out on time.
TouchKitchen puts every order from the till, PocketTouch, ByTable, TouchTakeaway or SelfService onto a screen in the kitchen, with a timer running on each one, instead of a stack of printed tickets.
Chefs bump orders as they’re finished, recall one if it needs sending back out, and you decide which screen sees what: the bar gets the drinks, the pass gets the food, up to twelve screens in all. It runs on a touchscreen, a keyboard, or a bump bar for sections that get too wet or greasy for a screen alone. Any mix of the three works across one kitchen.

Order timers
Each ticket carries a count-up or count-down timer, so the kitchen can see at a glance what's been waiting longest.
Choose your interface
Run it by touch, keyboard or bump bar (or a mix), depending on how greasy or busy the section gets.
Recall and bump
Chefs bump items as they're finished and can recall a completed order if something needs sending back out.
Multiple screens, split by section
Drinks can go to the bar screen and food to the pass, across up to twelve screens on one setup.
Flags online orders
Orders from TouchTakeaway or ByTable are marked as online, so kitchen staff can tell them apart from a walk-in ticket.
