TouchTakeaway is the delivery and collection side of ICRTouch’s ordering platform — a branded webshop and app tuned for takeaways and quick-service kitchens, built on the same commission-free model as ByTable.
Customers set their delivery address, choose a time slot if they want one, and pay online or on the doorstep. The order goes straight to TouchKitchen or a kitchen printer and, once it’s ready, can trigger CollectionPoint for anyone picking up in person. The Commander tablet app lets kitchen staff run the queue of incoming orders without needing to be near the main till.
We set delivery zones, charges and menus up to match how you actually deliver, and keep it in step with the rest of your ICRTouch setup.

Set delivery areas by postcode, radius or a hand-drawn map, each with its own charge and minimum spend.
No commission on orders
Every order taken through TouchTakeaway is yours in full, with no marketplace fee taken off the top.
Pay online or on the doorstep
Customers can pay by card or Apple Pay and Google Pay when ordering, or with cash on delivery.
Pre-orders for a chosen time
Customers can order ahead for a collection or delivery slot rather than only ordering for right now.
Commander app for the kitchen
A simple tablet app lets staff accept, progress or pause incoming online orders without needing a full till in reach.
Order status updates
Customers see their order move from received to cooking to out for delivery without having to ring and ask.
Allergen alerts and discount codes
Menu items carry allergen information, and you can run your own discount codes without a third party's rules.
