PocketTouch is the handheld a server carries around the floor — orders taken at the table go straight to the kitchen printer or TouchKitchen and to the till, with nothing written down and nothing re-keyed later.
It shows the same live table plan the till does, across multiple floor levels if you need them, and mirrors TouchPoint’s own button colours so staff move between the two without retraining. Low-stock and allergen prompts appear as the order’s being taken, and with selected payment providers the same device takes the card payment at the table, so the last step of the visit is just as quick as the first.
