The CES Touch module that posts your daily sales and customer accounts into Xero automatically, split the way your reports already are.
The Xero Link is a CES Touch module that removes the nightly bookkeeping chore of typing till figures into Xero by hand. Once connected, it raises a single sales invoice at the end of each trading day, split by nominal code and payment method, so it reconciles directly against your till’s own reports.
For businesses that run customer accounts through Touch — trade counters, pubs with tabs, newsagent accounts — it keeps the matching Xero contact up to date automatically, posting invoices, credit notes and payments as they happen on the till.
What it does
Posts the day's sales on its own
At close of business, a single sales invoice is raised in Xero, split by nominal code and payment method so it lines up with your Touch sales reports.
Carries the detail across, not just the total
Service charge, tips, paid-in and paid-out amounts and discounts all come across, so the figures in Xero match what the till actually recorded.
Keeps customer accounts in step
Where CES Touch holds customer accounts, invoices, credit notes and payments post to the matching Xero contact automatically.
Connects once, then runs itself
Set up is a one-off authorisation between CES Touch and your Xero organisation. After that, posting happens without anyone doing it by hand.
Tells you if something didn't post
Every post to Xero is logged, so if something fails to go across, it's easy to spot and fix rather than being discovered weeks later at reconciliation.
