CollectionPoint is the screen behind the counter that tells a customer when their order’s ready, instead of a member of staff shouting a name across the room.
Ticket numbers from the till, SelfService kiosk or a webshop appear in a queue showing their status, with a wait-time estimate worked out from recent orders. Once the kitchen bumps a ticket on TouchKitchen — or staff call it from the remote — the number is announced out loud, in a choice of languages and accents, and recalled again if it’s missed the first time. The rest of the screen carries whatever promotions or branding you want it to.

Live order queue
Ticket numbers from the till, SelfService or a webshop appear on screen with their status — preparing, cooking, ready.
Estimated wait times
A wait estimate is worked out automatically from recent orders, so customers know roughly how long they've got.
Audio call-out
When an order's bumped on TouchKitchen or called from the remote, the number is announced out loud in a choice of languages and accents.
Recall a missed call
If a customer misses their number, it can be called again without starting the queue over.
Space for promotions
The rest of the screen carries video, motion graphics or a slideshow, so it earns its keep between orders too.
