TouchReservation is a hosted booking engine that reads your TouchPoint floor plan, so tables book themselves in around what's already reserved.
TouchReservation is a booking page that sits on your website — and inside the ByTable app if you use it — so guests can reserve a table any time, even while you’re closed.
It reads the same floor plan as your TouchPoint till and allocates the right-sized table on its own, staying in sync with bookings taken at the till so nothing gets double-booked. A deposit can be taken at the point of booking to cut down on no-shows, and live availability can publish straight to Reserve with Google so guests can book from a search result without leaving Google at all.
Staff get a forward view of covers for rota planning, and every booking reports through TouchOffice Web alongside the rest of your trading.
