TouchOffice Web is the cloud back office for your ICRTouch till, reachable from any browser — reporting, stock, staff hours and remote programming.
TouchOffice Web is the cloud side of an ICRTouch install. It’s the place you go to see how trading is going, change what’s on sale, and manage stock and staff, all from a browser rather than the till itself.
Every sale from your tills, handhelds, ordering apps and kiosks lands here in real time, turned into a dashboard and reports you can export. From the same screen you can reprogram products, prices and promotions for one site or every site you run, schedule a change for later, manage supplier orders and deliveries, and check staff clock-ins for payroll. A full audit trail is behind every action.
For customers who need more (multi-site loyalty, Ticketing, TouchStock on a handheld, or a rota integration), we set up the TouchOffice Web+ upgrade, which turns those features on for the same login.

Web+ switches on the features multi-site and busier operators tend to want: TouchStock handheld counting, Ticketing, enhanced vouchers, bulk PLU import, scheduled email reports and multi-site loyalty accounts. It's also the management layer Ticketing and TouchStock need to run, and it's what connects staff-rota tools like Rotaready.
