Fastest
Phone
Best for anything urgent, and best for the first conversation about a piece of work. Most things are quicker to explain out loud than to type.
Contact
Tell me what you are trying to do and I will tell you whether I can help, what it would involve, and roughly what it would cost. If the answer is that I am not the right person for it, you will get that answer too.
01/ Direct
Three ways through, and what each one is best for.

With detail attached
Good for anything with detail attached: a photograph of an error, a menu, a spreadsheet.
Existing customers
For existing customers raising and tracking jobs. Password protected.
02/ Send an enquiry
Everything except your name, your email address and your message is optional. The more detail you give me about what you are running, the more useful my reply will be.
What happens to this: your enquiry is saved on my server and emailed to me so that I can reply to it. It is not used for anything else and it is not passed to anyone for marketing. See the privacy notice.
03/ Where I work
Remote support and integration work can be done anywhere in the UK, because none of it needs me to be in the building.
On-site work depends on where you are. Ring and tell me the town, and I will tell you straight whether I can cover it rather than take the job and let you down on the day.
There is no trade counter to visit. This is a one-person business and I am usually out on site, so the phone is the reliable way to reach me.
